Attention All Burnout Competitors

All Burnouts will now be sanctioned by the AASA. What does this mean for our burnout competitors? Basically, every burnout entrant will now need to be a member of the AASA. This is a yearly cost of just $25, everyone will need to apply for their own license, No one will be allowed to take to the burnout pad until they have a current AASA License. Licences can be applied for online, using the link below, by downloading the application form and sending it off or go see Dutchy for a printed form. We are now the same as Stawell, Casterton and many other tracks. Please also see the attached supplementary information regarding burnouts. There are a few changes which everyone will now need to adhere to particularly sections 1.3, 5.6, 5.17, 5.19, 15.1. We understand that not everyone will be happy about the extra requirement’s, but unfortunately this is out of our hands. This only applies to Burnouts, Drag Racing is still business as usual under ANDRA sanctioning.

Street Machine Drag Challenge Portland Nov 16th 2017

DRAG CHALLENGE 2017

Everything you need to know about Street Machine Drag Challenge 2017:

EVERYONE has an opinion on what constitutes a street car, and the quicker the cars get the more intense the argument becomes; how do you decide what’s street and what’s not?

So we thought we would take a leaf out of Hot Rod’s book and create our own version of their successful Drag Week, which pits racer and machine against one of the most gruelling road and track tests imaginable – we call it Street Machine Drag Challenge. It’s the toughest test for street cars in the country.

This year we are starting at Adelaide International Raceway on the 13th of November, with the other tracks being Portland, Mildura and Swan Hill, with the final day back at AIR.

Thanks to our sponsors Haltech, Turbosmart, K&N air filters, Tuff Mounts and Pacemaker Headers.
